Petrissa Zell studied physics at the Leibniz University in Hannover. She received her M.Sc. degree in January 2014. Her master thesis dealt with the realization of entanglement between light in the visible and near infrared regime. Since April 2014 she has been working as a research assistant towards a PhD degree at the Institute for Information Processing at the Leibniz University Hannover on the topic of machine learning and  physics-based modeling for human motion analysis.
